Scania: Max at 730 hp: Famous truck good in acceleration and in maneuverer (my favourite) Man: Max at 680 hp: A big, fat, and wide truck with a good beauty on it and is powerful.(my 2nd favourite) Iveco: Max at 580 hp: normal only and probably cheap truck (my 3rd favourite truck)ĭaf: Max at 510 hp: A quite old design in the interior side but may come in handy! Majestic: Max at 598 hp? (not sure) has long chain at the back and can put sideskirt
Renault: max at 480 hp, small but quite cheap truck plus a European Winning Team Champion Just choose the best as long as you want then. It is powerful up to its max at 680 hp, the third most powerful engine in ets2.
Man Trucks has its very nice beauty and it is a big, fat, and wide truck. I don't know what is the difference between Volvo and Scania but they both have some powerful engines, one with 730 hp while the other at 750 hp (at its max) Scania has powerful acceleration and has very good maneuverers: check out on this youtube video:
I probably think it has the longest fuel efficiency over 3 000 km plus! (If you add some skills) It's famous Swedish truck manager, meaning there are many truck drivers who are driving it. Not sure if this is just because they're shorter or what, but with the Valiant I felt like if I so much as looked at it wrong, it was going to tip over. The Majestic feels a lot more stable, too. The Valiant had gobs of power for inclines, but it was really cumbersome to drive and felt really slow to accelerate. I went from the top end, fully upgraded Valiant to the top end Majestic and the Majestic feels a lot quicker and more nimble in comparison to the Valiant. Ivedo's will also be replaced with real-world Iveco's.įWIW, I don't think raw power/torque tells the whole story in this game. Only the badge, grill, and name will change significantly. Originally posted by Xivios:Yes, but remember, the Valiants are 99% Volvo replica's already. I don't think the Iveco's are much different, I haven't checked them out much yet. That said, credit to Renault for having multiple models of trucks. Renault is pretty bad, even if they don't start the lowest, they don't go up very high, and you can never get a 6x4-2 or 6x4 chassis on them. MAN is also a decent choice, those trucks max out at a respectible 680hp, and, personally, the styling on the MAN truck is worlds ahead of the others. That said, I think that would make the Scania the more fun truck, because you have so much potential to look forward to as you level up. But while the Volvo's start at a potent and still world-class 600hp, the Scania's start at a meager 360. They both max over 700hp, the Scania's reach 730hp, the Volvo's, a mountain-moving 750hp. It seems that the only two brands worth looking at, if you want a serious high-performance rig, are Scania and Volvo. In any case, it seems that the only thing that actually affect a trucks performance are chassis and horsepower, and the Volvaliants have the most, from the get-go and maxed out, in fact, the Mercedes-Benz Actros copy, the "Majestic Across", maxes out at 598hp - still less than a starter Volvo, and takes until level 20 to do so! Which is sad for me, 'cause that's what I drive.
